General Inquiries

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing you tracking information. You can track your order on our menu page, USPS, UPS, or login into my account. If Route Package Protection was purchased, you can track your item(s) on the downloaded Route app here. 

Yes! There is a 24-hour cancellation window starting from the time the order was placed. Excluding custom jewelry. After, the 24-hour cancellation window, we cannot cancel your order due to processing.

Route Package Protection is a shipping insurance company which covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Route ensures customers are covered for any unexpected matters with the customers' orders excluding valid/incorrect addresses and allows for easy reordering with one simple click. Review the policies here to understand which lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover. Simply add Route to your cart at checkout to track and protect your package(s) against any unforeseen events that may arise.   

Returns

AriJah's BOX does not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the desired item or return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

AriJah's BOX has a 7-day return policy, which means the customer has 7 days from the day of delivery to request a return. After 7 days of delivery, the customer's return request will be denied. Items should be shipped to AriJah's BOX no later than 7 days after your return request. Your refund will be refused after the allotted timeframe. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with a tamper seal untouched, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

AriJah's BOX will notify the customer once we’ve received and inspected the return, and let the customer know if the refund was approved. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded on the customer's original payment method minus a 15% stocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund. AriJah's BOX reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet our requirements of approval. 

Shipping

Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase to be shipped. Our production time is only an estimate and may take longer during busy seasons such as holidays.

Domestic Orders

  • Processing time is 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping time is 2-8 business days based on the chosen shipping method.

International Orders

  • Processing time is 1-3 days
  • Shipping time is 2-21 business days based on the chosen shipping method.

Custom Orders

Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase for domestic and international orders to be shipped. Our production time is only an estimate. Production time may take longer during busy seasons such as holidays.

NOTE: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded.

 Arijah's BOX is NOT held accountable for invalid or incorrect addresses and other delivery barriers. AriJah's BOX strongly advises customers to check shipping information before orders are placed. AriJah's Box recommends contacting your local post office to consult the specific matters mentioned above.

Once your merchandise leaves AriJah's Box, we are NOT held accountable for missing packages. We strongly suggest checking with neighbors first to eliminate the possibility of someone holding the package for you. If this is not the case, we suggest making a mail theft claim with USPS. Instructions and claim can be found here. If Route Package Protection was purchased, you can make a claim here   

AriJah's BOX is NOT held responsible for damaged/broken items once it has shipped from AriJah's BOX. This may be caused with mailing carriers. AriJah's BOX offers Route Package Protection during checkout to track and protect your packages. We strongly advise to purchase Route with your packages to avoid unforeseen events. To file a claim, you can file a one-click claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out, or you can file here.

Yes! We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom at this time.

 AriJah's BOX is NOT held accountable for incorrect/invalid addresses. We strongly encourage our customers to check your shipping information before placing an order. If a package is rerouted back to us, A 15% restocking fee is applied, and the customer is fully responsible for re-shipment costs.
